  a friend of mine has 'reminded' me of how much i loved looking up into the heavens and gazing at the twinkling lights.

  i love the stars, planets, galaxies, nebulas.

  their designs, colours, vastness, the endless renewal of light.

  I love your song Loon!

  Years ago I got to see the shuttle reentering over Texas, that was cool to see it streaking across the sky then a few minutes later watching it land on TV.

  If you are talking about the night landing,about 10 years ago, I was still excited about it at work the next morning, and told my first patient. She whispered for me not to tell anybody else my story. I told her I really saw it, and it was beautiful, an eerie purple, green long streak, I didn't know right away was the shuttle.

  Again, she told me not to talk about it to others, that they may not believe me. It wasn't til after she left, that the puzzle pieces came together. She works as a secretary at the local mental health clinic. LOL

  Well thank you Elsewhere!!!! I saw them, while I was driving in town, and didn't realize what a great thing I was seeing! I wish now, I could get another look. They were so bright, I wondered if they were stars, or something man-made.
  
  I love watching the meteor showers. I have been known to set my alarm for 2 or 3 AM, just to see some, and go back to bed, having to work the next day.

  I wish they would schedule the meteor showers for the weekends.

  So is this better for a favorite goody? A Margarita on the rocks with a top shelf tequila!!

  Now you are talking goody!! Last night I called my 17 yr old daughter over to the computer, and asked her what her least favorite "goody" was. Without hesitation, she said Necco's. Then I showed her your answer. LOL Valentines day a couple of years ago, I told the new boyfriend of my daughter, to buy her the Necco hearts, that she loved them. He bought her several. (I didn't like him) He didn't last too long after that. LOL

  At work, just last week, a girl had some. Some at the table had never had them. It was half and half. We thought they had some kind of spice in them. Everyone who liked them, liked spice cake, and spice gum drops, all of which I don't like. Maybe that is it. They are definitely not related to sweetarts!!

  I love white chocolate. Ice cream and chocolate is always better with nuts. A store near Dallas, has praline cheesecake, white chocolate fudge. OMG!!!!!!!

  Mandette!!!!! The question was your favorite goody, not the one you despise most!!! Those things need to be outlawed!

  Fudge with nuts, or sweetarts are wonderful.

  I told my daughter a long time ago, that the only thing JW's can do is drink. Now when JW's come up in a conversation, she always has to incorporate the drinking tidbit. LOL
